Ingredients of a healthy eggplant dish

 Eggplant large size
 One quarter cup of Tahini
 Three quarters of a cup of yogurt
 Three cloves of garlic finely mashed
 Five tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 salt

   How to make healthy eggplant Motabal

 Grill the eggplant on the fire after it punctures several holes with the knife
   Or in the oven until cooked
 Peel then finely choppe 
 Mix the tahini, lemon juice and mashed garlic and add a few
   Water and stir well then add a little water and stir again
   Until a white sauce is formed
 Add the chopped eggplant to the sauce and mix the ingredients well
 Pour into the serving bowl and decorate with soft parsley,and lemon slices
 Serve with grilled meat and kebabs and with breakfast
